Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 679/16 – the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter: “GDPR”) – the following provides information on the methods and purposes of personal data processing, as well as the safeguards adopted by Data Masters S.R.L. to ensure the confidentiality and security of such data within the scope of the training activities offered.
The Data Controller is Data Masters S.R.L., with registered office at Viale Domenico Cotugno, 49/a, 70124, Bari, Italy.
Data Masters S.R.L. processes personal data voluntarily provided by users for the purpose of subscribing to, registering for, and/or requesting information regarding the training programs offered, and in any case in the interest of users and for the execution of any contract entered into with them.
Data required for participation in training courses are provided directly by participants through voluntary completion of registration forms, including personal data such as name, surname, date of birth, telephone number, residential or professional address, username, email, password, company name, tax code, and other identifying information. This may also include data related to professional background and skills, such as education level, training history, professional registrations or licenses, and previous work experience.
For the purposes set out in section 3, the Company does not generally require the collection of “special categories of data” or “criminal data” (hereinafter “sensitive data”) pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR, such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health data, sexual life, or criminal convictions.
However, it may happen that such data are voluntarily provided. In such cases, the Company may process only those sensitive data strictly necessary for the legitimate interests of participants and only within the limits permitted by applicable law. Any sensitive data transmitted will be immediately deleted in the absence of explicit written consent.
Personal data are collected and processed in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, for purposes related to the provision of services offered by the Data Controller, the execution of contractual obligations, and the proper delivery of training services.
Data are processed for purposes related to enrollment, participation, and management of training courses.
Processing may be carried out using manual, electronic, and telematic tools, strictly related to the purposes described above, and may include collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, comparison, interconnection, and analysis of data, always ensuring security and confidentiality.
Appropriate security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, unlawful use, unauthorized access, or improper processing.
Data are retained only for the time strictly necessary for contractual and operational purposes. Data subject to legal accounting and tax obligations are retained for the period required by applicable law. Data no longer needed are blocked and deleted upon expiration of legal retention periods.
Providing data is optional; however, failure to provide them may make it impossible to deliver services or complete contractual obligations.

Data may also be processed by employees and collaborators of Data Masters S.R.L., appointed as “Authorized Processors,” as well as external parties appointed as “Data Processors.”
Data may also be shared with partner companies for purposes such as employment opportunities, collaborations, or contractual relationships.
Data are stored and processed within the European Union. If processed outside the EU, appropriate safeguards will be applied in accordance with applicable regulations.

The data subject may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority under Regulation (EU) 679/2016.
